MODULE 1

Hi everyone,

I have just started the course so am probably a bit behind where others are up to but I will work steadily throught the modules now that I have started.

My name is Angela and I am a teacher-Librarian so I deal with these issues and the students who use them every day so it is important taht a have a reasonable understanding of web 2 and its uses. Iam looking forward to all the units as the course appears to do exactly what I want which is to touch on a range of WEB 2 tools with enough information to allow me to understand and utilise them in at least a basic form.

I have already found this in module 1 with the exercises in setting up an iGoogle account and a Wetpaint account. Doing this BLOG is also interesting as that is something I have not done before either. I understood the concept but actually creating and contributing to a BLOG makes it much more real of course and I am also looking forward to reading other BLOGS as well.
